Job Overview
M3IOX LLC is looking for an experienced Infor M3 Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Infor M3 ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, analyze requirements, and create scalable architectures to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and implement Infor M3 ERP architectures based on business needs.
✅ Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless communication between Infor M3 and other enterprise systems.
✅ Define best practices for configurations, customizations, and workflows in Infor M3.
✅ Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
✅ Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Infor M3 implementations.
✅ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
✅ Conduct system audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
✅ Stay updated with Infor M3 enhancements and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Experience: 5+ years of experience in Infor M3 ERP architecture and implementation.
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
🔹 Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Infor M3 architecture, modules, and configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Infor OS, Mongoose, ION, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and system optimization.
🔹 Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Infor M3 Certification (Solution Architect / Technical Consultant)
⭐ Experience in CloudSuite and multi-tenant deployments
⭐ Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain industries using Infor M3
