Job Overview
M3IOX LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to drive the successful execution of projects across various domains, including ERP implementations, IT solutions, and business process improvements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment.
✅ Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, implementing mitigation strategies when necessary.
✅ Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies to manage and optimize project execution.
✅ Conduct regular status meetings, reporting on project performance and key milestones.
✅ Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
✅ Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Experience: 5+ years in project management, IT project coordination, or ERP implementation projects.
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
🔹 Project Management Expertise:
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and PM tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
- Experience managing multi-site, cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
⭐ Experience working on ERP (Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) or IT infrastructure projects.
