Job Description:
Some key functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
· Act as the central point of contact for internal MSOS teams and third-party vendors.
· Ensure clear communication of project goals, expectations, and deadlines.
· Track project progress and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
· Coordinate project status meetings, reports, and documentation.
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in government or technology-related projects.
· Experience managing software development projects and vendor relationships.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent).
· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
· PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification.
· Experience with state government agencies or regulatory environments.
· Familiarity with business registration, filing systems, or campaign finance processes.
