Job Overview
M3IOX LLC is seeking an experienced Infor M3 Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, implementing Infor M3 ERP solutions, and optimizing business processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Infor M3 ERP implementation and customization projects.
✅ Analyze business processes and recommend best practices using Infor M3 solutions.
✅ Configure and optimize modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
✅ Provide training and support to end-users.
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
✅ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
✅ Stay updated with Infor M3 developments and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP.
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
🔹 Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Infor M3 modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, etc.)
- Knowledge of M3 workflow, configurations, and customizations
- SQL, Mongoose, or related database knowledge is a plus
🔹 Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Infor M3 Certification is a plus
⭐ Experience in ERP integrations and third-party system connections
⭐ Prior experience in industries like Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics using Infor M3
