Job Overview
M3IOX LLC is looking for an experienced Infor M3 Project/Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of Infor M3 ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive successful ERP deployment and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end implementation of Infor M3 ERP projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
✅ Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
✅ Oversee cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and developers.
✅ Coordinate with stakeholders, executives, and vendors to align project objectives.
✅ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
✅ Conduct status meetings, progress reports, and stakeholder communications.
✅ Optimize project methodologies and implement best practices for ERP deployments.
✅ Ensure post-implementation support and continuous improvement of Infor M3 systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
🔹 Experience: 7+ years in ERP project management, with a focus on Infor M3 implementations.
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
🔹 Project Management Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Infor M3 modules, architecture, and workflows.
- Experience managing multi-site, multi-phase ERP rollouts.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
🔹 Soft Skills: - Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
⭐ Experience with Infor CloudSuite, ION integrations, and Mongoose development.
⭐ Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain ERP projects.
