Talent Supply Chain and Internal Systems Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Supply Chain and Internal Systems Specialist to organize talent acquisition initiatives and organizational internal applications. The role focuses on project-based hiring, client relationship management, and the optimization of internal tools and systems to support recruitment operations 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit for leadership roles, practices, and accounts within BFSI, Life Sciences, and Manufacturing sectors. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet hiring needs and ensure seamless delivery. 
  • Manage and maintain organizational applications related to recruitment and talent management. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure tools are updated, optimized, and aligned with operational needs. 
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives for senior and practice-level positions aligned with business goals. 
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent while adhering to organizational culture and values. 
  • Lead recruitment teams to achieve hiring goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance excellence. 
  • Leverage data analysis to track key recruitment metrics, generate insights, and optimize processes. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field  
  • 5+ years of expertise in recruitment, account management, and client delivery. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing internal applications and systems for recruitment operations. 
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Successfully implemented and managed internal applications to enhance recruitment processes. 
  • Played a critical role in leadership hiring across various verticals and practices. 
  • Helped build high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications in project management or technology-based recruitment tools. 
  • Experience in managing MSP, VMS, or RPO operations.
